Conditions for Express Repairs
1.
Time is charged by the minute at the standard rate. Fair and transparent service costs – you pay only for the actual time worked. Our goal is to solve your problem as efficiently as possible.
2.
Express rates are charged for repairs and services outside the queue, during weekends, holidays, and outside working hours (16:00 – 7:00) or by agreement. The first hour of express service is always charged in full. Time beyond the first hour is charged by the minute.
3.
For on-site repairs, at least 2 people must be present for safety reasons. If the customer cannot provide anyone from their staff, this must be mentioned when booking the service. In that case, we will send two technicians.
